Monthly plans
| Plan | Price | What it includes |

How the Toronto services map onto the plans
- Starter suits a company that needs a solid website, a well-run Business Profile and a first Local Services Ads setup, usually serving one or two districts.
- Growth is where most Toronto HVAC companies doing serious keyword strategy land, because crowded searches need ongoing content, review generation and multi-channel ads.
- Elite fits multi-district companies running condo and building programs alongside home-service campaigns, where monthly strategy calls and custom reporting matter.
Websites
| Package | Price | Scope |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | $3,500 one-time | A custom site of 5–7 pages, delivered in 2–3 weeks; hosting and upkeep then run $149 a month |
| Professional | $6,500 one-time | 10–15 pages designed around calls, delivered in 3–4 weeks; $249 a month then covers hosting, upkeep and conversion work |
| Enterprise | $12,500 one-time | No cap on pages or locations, delivered in 4–6 weeks; full management afterwards is $449 a month |
A Toronto company with separate furnace, boiler, heat-pump and condo lines usually outgrows a 5–7 page site quickly. If you plan to build equipment and building-type pages, the Professional package is the realistic starting point.
What drives the cost of Toronto HVAC marketing
Your total monthly cost has two parts: our plan, and the ad spend you pay to Google. These factors move both.
- How many searches you want to compete for. Owning a few equipment niches costs far less than fighting for "furnace repair Toronto".
- How many districts you serve. Etobicoke-only is cheaper to market than Etobicoke plus Scarborough.
- The state of your website. A site that needs rebuilding adds a one-time cost before the monthly work pays off.
- Your season. Heating and cooling peaks need more ad spend; shoulder seasons are cheaper and good for heat-pump research campaigns.
- Your call handling. Slow response raises the effective cost of every lead, especially on Local Services Ads.
A worked budget example
Suppose a Scarborough-based company wants 25 extra booked replacement and repair jobs a month in winter.
- If its Local Services Ads cost per lead averages $85 and it books 45% of leads, each booked job costs about $189 in ad spend.
- 25 booked jobs then need roughly 56 leads, or about $4,760 of ad spend for the month.
- Add the Growth plan at $4,498, and the month costs about $9,258 before HST.
- If those jobs average $1,100 of gross profit, they produce about $27,500, a healthy return.
Change the close rate to 25% and the same 25 jobs need 100 leads, nearly doubling ad spend. That's why we work on call handling and LSA before increasing budgets.
How to choose
- Busy referrals, weak website: start with a website package and Starter.
- Quiet in cold snaps: Starter or Growth with Local Services Ads first.
- Specialist lines (condo, hydronic, heat pumps): Growth, so content can keep up.
- Several districts and building programs: Elite.

Frequently asked questions
Is ad spend included in the monthly plan?
No. The plan covers our work. Money for Local Services Ads and search ads is paid directly to Google from your own account, so you can see every dollar.
Is there a contract?
There's no lock-in. You can stop if the work isn't paying back, and you keep your website, accounts and data.
What happens in the 7-day free trial?
Over seven days we audit your marketing, test how your website performs, analyse your SEO and benchmark you against the Toronto competitors you name. No credit card is needed, and you keep the findings whatever you decide.
Do you charge HST?
Yes. Prices are in Canadian dollars, and Ontario clients add 13% HST.
Why does Toronto cost more in ad spend than smaller cities?
Ad prices are set by competition. Toronto has many HVAC companies, rental firms and national brands bidding on the same searches, so clicks and leads usually cost more. That's why we set bids from your job values rather than from Google's suggestions.
