You can reach us three ways: call or text (604) 632-4959, or email Ali@Sedighi.ca. For a Toronto HVAC owner, the hours to remember are Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific. We usually reply within one business day. Whichever channel you choose, you'll deal with a senior strategist, not a sales queue.

You talk to a senior strategist
A focused conversation about your goals, market and numbers.
Call, text or email: which to choose
All three reach the same person. Pick the one that fits your day.
- Call (604) 632-4959 if you want to talk it through now. Calls are best for owners who'd like a quick read on their situation and the next step.
- Text (604) 632-4959 if you're on a job or between calls. Text a short description, and we'll reply by text or arrange a call.
- Email Ali@Sedighi.ca if you want to send detail: last season's job numbers, a list of searches you care about, or a screenshot of your Local Services Ads dashboard.
Toronto time is three hours ahead of Pacific, so our hours run from noon to 9 p.m. Eastern. That suits many HVAC owners, who are on the road in the morning and at a desk later in the day.
What to include in your message
The more specific you are, the more useful our first reply will be. If you can, include:
- Your company name and website.
- The Toronto districts you serve, for example Etobicoke and Old Toronto, or Scarborough and North York. The areas page lists all six.
- Your main lines: furnace and AC, boilers and hydronics, heat pumps, condo in-suite equipment, light commercial.
- What's not working: quiet phones in cold snaps, expensive leads, a website that gets no calls, a condo market you can't reach.
- What you're spending now, roughly, on ads and on any agency.
- When you're easiest to reach, for example after your trucks are back in the evening.
You don't need everything. "Two-truck company in East York, mostly furnaces, LSA leads too expensive" is a perfectly good start.
What happens next
- We reply, usually within one business day, by the channel you used.
- We have a short conversation about your business, your districts and your goals, and we tell you honestly whether we think we can help.
- If it makes sense, we start the 7-day free trial: a digital marketing audit, a website performance check, SEO analysis and competitor benchmarking. You keep the findings either way, and we recommend a plan from the pricing page based on what we find.
Before you get in touch
A few things worth knowing up front:
- We're not an HVAC contractor. If you're a homeowner looking for a furnace repair, we're not the right call; please contact a licensed HVAC company directly.
- We don't sell leads. We market your company only.
- We won't promise rankings or a set number of leads. We'll set realistic targets and report against them.
- Your accounts stay yours, from the website to Google Business Profile and ads.
If you'd like to read more first, the services page explains what we do, and the FAQ covers contracts, timelines and ownership.
If you're switching from another agency
Many owners contact us while still under another provider. That's fine, and it's worth doing before you cancel anything. Tell us which accounts the current agency controls: website hosting, domain, Google Business Profile, Local Services Ads, Google Ads and analytics. We'll explain how to confirm your company holds owner access to each one, so nothing is lost in the handover, and we'll review the current setup during the free trial so you can compare like with like.
Privacy and how we use your details
We use what you send us only to reply to your enquiry and to prepare for working together. We don't add you to any mailing list, and we only email people who have contacted us first. If you'd like us to delete your details, say so in a reply and we'll do it.

Frequently asked questions
Why is the phone number a 604 number when you serve Toronto?
Because the group is headquartered in Vancouver, BC. The work is done in search platforms, ad accounts and your website, so location doesn't limit it. Mon–Fri 9–6 Pacific works out to noon until 9 in the evening on Toronto clocks.
Can I text instead of calling?
Yes. Many HVAC owners text between jobs. Send your company name, your districts and your question, and we'll reply by text or call back, whichever you prefer.
Is the first conversation free?
Yes. The first conversation costs nothing, and the 7-day free trial audit needs no credit card. There's no obligation to sign up afterwards.
Will you send us marketing emails after we contact you?
Only replies to your enquiry. We only email people who have contacted us first, and you can ask us to stop at any time.
