TorontoHVACMarketing.ca does one thing: marketing and business advice for heating, cooling and ventilation companies working in the City of Toronto. We're not a contractor. We never install, repair or service equipment, and we never compete with the companies we work for.
The company
TorontoHVACMarketing.ca belongs to the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group of companies, a Canadian group headquartered in Vancouver, British Columbia, that serves clients across the country.
- Sedighi.ca, Ali Sedighi's own consulting company, works on growth, marketing and technology for its clients. HVAC.Agency and HVAC.Digital are among its brands, alongside Trades.Agency, BusinessConsulting.ca and Conv.ca.
- SAZ.ca (Strategy & Acceleration Zone) advises Canadian companies on strategy, AI and revenue acceleration. Ali Sedighi founded it and serves as Founder & Managing Partner.
This site is part of the HVAC.Agency family. We built it separately because Toronto heating and cooling has problems a Canada-wide site can't cover in enough depth: some of the country's most crowded HVAC searches, a housing stock dominated by towers, and Local Services Ads competition that punishes slow response.
Ali Sedighi, MBA
Ali Sedighi leads strategy for TorontoHVACMarketing.ca. He holds an MBA in Technology Management and has more than 17 years of experience in digital marketing, starting in 2007, when he founded ONE.ir, a full-service digital marketing agency. He now lives and works in Vancouver, British Columbia.
His work in heating and cooling is the foundation of this site:
- 150+ live HVAC websites built, including CombiBoiler.ca, Roma Heating & Cooling, HVACDeal.ca and HeatLand.
- Founder of Conv.ca, a conversion-rate optimisation agency, and of MyAutomation.ca.
- Founder & Managing Partner of SAZ.ca.
- Clients in Canada, the USA and Dubai.

How we work
Our process is built for owners who are busy in peak season and sceptical of agencies, often with good reason.
- We start with your jobs, not with keywords. Last season's job list, by equipment, building type and postal code, tells us more than any keyword tool.
- We put the plan in writing. Which searches to own, which to rent with ads, which Toronto districts to focus on, and the monthly cost.
- We measure booked jobs where you'll share them. Calls are good; booked furnace replacements and suite heat-pump jobs are what pay the bills.
- You own everything. Your website, domain, Google Business Profile, Local Services and ads accounts, and analytics stay in your company's name.
- We tell you when to stop. If a channel isn't paying back, we'll say so, even when it means a smaller invoice for us.
You'll find the services described in detail on the services page, and the plan levels on pricing.
What we will and won't say
Honesty about claims is part of how we work, and it protects your company too.
- We use only real, named HVAC results. We don't invent client stories or quote fake reviews.
- We never promise rankings or a number of leads. Search and ad platforms change, and anyone who promises a position is guessing.
- We link to regulators such as TSSA and ESA for context, but we don't give compliance, legal or engineering advice.
- We present rebate programs with a source and a date, and point readers to the program administrator to confirm.
Why Toronto, specifically
Toronto has the kind of HVAC market where generic advice fails fastest. The searches are crowded, lead prices are high, and a large share of the work sits inside towers that most marketing ignores. A site and a service built only for this city let us go deeper on the six districts, the building types and the seasonal swings than a national page ever could.
Where we fit, and where we don't
We're a good fit for Toronto HVAC companies with two to thirty trucks that want a plan and a straight answer. We're probably not a fit if you want the cheapest possible monthly fee, if you can't answer calls during peak weeks, or if you want someone to manufacture reviews.
If that sounds like the right kind of partner, call, text or email us. You'll speak to a senior strategist, and the 7-day free trial starts with an audit of your current marketing.
Frequently asked questions
Is TorontoHVACMarketing.ca an HVAC contractor?
No. We don't install, repair, service or inspect any equipment, and we don't employ technicians. We market HVAC companies and advise their owners on growth.
Who will I actually work with?
Strategy is led by Ali Sedighi, MBA. You won't be passed to a rotating cast of junior account managers, and you can reach us by call, text or email.
What is the Sedighi.ca and SAZ.ca group?
Sedighi.ca is Ali Sedighi's growth, marketing and technology consulting company, whose brands include HVAC.Agency and HVAC.Digital. Ali also founded SAZ.ca (Strategy & Acceleration Zone), a Canadian firm whose consulting covers strategy, AI and revenue acceleration.
Why HVAC only?
Because the group's deepest experience is in heating and cooling: Ali has built more than 150 live HVAC websites. Focusing on one trade means we know the equipment, the seasons and the buyers without being taught.
